Humane Cat Management for Country Clubs (TNVR)

Country Club Cat Program

Serving private communities & country clubs like The Polo Club

Our Country Club Cat Program partners with gated communities, golf courses, and HOAs to deliver humane TNVR (Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return). Whether your property is similar to The Polo Club or has unique needs, our trappers work with residents and facilities to protect cats and community.

  • Stabilize populations & reduce nuisance behaviors

  • Turnkey coordination: trapping, veterinary care, recovery, and return

  • Resident education + a custom online reporting portal

How the Program Works

1.) Site Assessment

Map colonies, confirm counts, and locate feeding stations with staff and residents.

2.) Trap

Place humane traps at optimal times/locations; coordinate feeder schedules.

3.) Vet Care

Spay/neuter, rabies & core vaccines, health check, and ear-tip for ID.

4.) Return

24-hour recovery in a temperature-controlled area; return to original location.

FAQs

Will TNVR remove all cats?

TNVR stabilizes colonies; fixed cats remain but no longer reproduce. This prevents new unaltered cats from moving in and expanding the population.

How much does it cost?

Budget about $100 per cat for standard TNVR. Pregnant females, kittens, or medical cases cost more. We provide a line-item estimate after assessment.

How long does a TNVR project take?

Most clubs complete in 1–3 weeks, depending on access, colony size, and resident coordination.

What about kittens and friendly cats?

We prioritize foster/adoption for kittens and social adults. Feral adults return to their territory after recovery.

What should of residents do if they see a trap?

Do not touch or feed the cat in the trap. Text a photo + location to (561) 855-0050 and we’ll respond.

Can you help with communications?

Yes. We provide notices, emails, and a branded online portal to collect sightings and feeding schedules.
