Rescuing Since the 2000s
Give Hope Cat Rescue was officially founded and registered as a 501(c)(3) public charity in 2020, though our work in the community began more than a decade earlier. Led by our co-founders Jane-Ann Springston, Jade Rosing, and Roger Perez, we originally operated under the name Community Cats of Boca Raton before evolving into the organization we are today.
Together, our founders bring decades of rescue experience — Jane and Jade have been saving and advocating for animals since the early 2000s, and Roger has been instrumental in expanding our programs, outreach, and community partnerships. As a united leadership team, we share the same mission and work side-by-side to guide every aspect of our rescue’s operations.
We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to finding loving homes for unwanted and homeless cats and kittens, while reducing overpopulation through TNVR (Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return). Our dedicated volunteers have placed more than 3,000 cats and kittens into homes and continue to serve as one of the most active and supported animal welfare groups in South Florida.

📌 Fix The Cycle Initiative 🐈
The Fix the Cycle Initiative is our focused effort to humanely reduce the overpopulation of community cats through targeted Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR). In partnership with the City of Boca Raton, Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, and local veterinary clinics, our team and volunteers work in high-need areas to humanely trap unowned cats, provide spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, and essential care before returning them to their outdoor homes.
These partnerships allow us to stop endless breeding cycles, prevent suffering, and reduce shelter overcrowding—creating a healthier, safer community for both cats and people.
